These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in The White Collection’s Christmas Gifting promotion (Promotion). By entering or redeeming this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the Christmas Gifting promotion conducted by The White Collection (Promoter, we, us, or our).

1.2 Participation in or redemption of this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

2.2 To qualify, the customer must spend a minimum of AUD $350 on eligible products in a single transaction.

2.3 Employees of The White Collection, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are ineligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion ran from 21st December 2025 to 25th December 2025, with a different complimentary gift available each day.

3.2 The Promotion is only valid on the date the gift is offered. Purchases made on a different day are not eligible for that day’s gift.

 

4. Offer Details

4.1 Eligible customers will receive the complimentary gift featured for that day when they spend a minimum of AUD $350 on eligible products during the Promotion Period.

4.2 The gift will be automatically included with the transaction at checkout when eligibility criteria are met.

4.3 The Promotion applies per transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases.

4.4 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or promotional code.

5. Exclusions

5.1 The following items are excluded from this Promotion:
a. Sale or discounted items;
b. Gift cards, shoe care, shipping costs, or other non-product charges.

5.2 If an excluded item is included in the cart, the gift will not be applied.

6. Redemption

6.1 To redeem the gift, eligible purchases must be made in a single transaction during the Promotion Period.

6.2 If an eligible item purchased in the Promotion is returned or refunded, the complimentary gift must also be returned.

6.3 If the gift is not returned with the purchase, the customer will be required to pay the full retail value of the gift.

6.4 Refunds will be processed based on the total purchase price actually paid, adjusted if necessary for the gift’s value.

7. Promotional Discretion

7.1 The White Collection reserves the right to:
a. Cancel, amend, or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice;
b. Refuse eligibility if fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activity is suspected.

7.2 All decisions made by The White Collection regarding eligibility or redemption are final and binding.

8. Liability

8.1 The White Collection is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered as a result of participating in or redeeming this Promotion.

8.2 The White Collection is not responsible for technical issues, payment errors, or platform outages that may affect the redemption or processing of the offer.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal information provided by customers will be handled in accordance with The White Collection's Privacy Policy.

9.2 By participating in this Promotion, you consent to your purchase information being used for the purposes of administering the offer and related marketing communications.

10. General

10.1 The laws of New South Wales, Australia, govern this Promotion. 

10.2 The Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by any third-party brand or platform. 

10.3 The White Collection reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
