These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in The White Collection s 10% Jewellery with Shoe Purchase promotion ( Promotion ). By entering or redeeming this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the 10% Jewellery with Shoe Purchase promotion conducted by The White Collection ( Promoter , we , us , or our ).

1.2 Participation in or redemption of this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

2.2 To qualify, the customer must purchase both:
a. A pair of full-priced bridal shoes; and
b. Any eligible jewellery item within the same transaction.

2.3 A minimum spend of AUD $400 (in a single transaction) is required to qualify.

2.4 Employees of The White Collection, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are ineligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion is valid from 2nd July 2025 until stated otherwise, unless extended or terminated earlier at The White Collection s discretion.

3.2 Purchases made outside the Promotion Period are not eligible for the discount.

 

4. Offer Details

4.1 Eligible customers will receive 10% off any jewellery item when purchased together with a full-priced pair of bridal shoes in a single transaction.
4.2 The discount will be automatically applied at checkout (online or in-store) when eligibility criteria are met.
4.3 The offer applies per transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases.
4.4 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or promotional code.

5. Exclusions

5.1 The following items are excluded from this Promotion:
a. Ronza George jewellery;
b. Sale or discounted shoes;
c. Gift cards, shoe care, shipping costs, or other non-product charges.

5.2 If an excluded item is included in the cart, the discount will not apply.

6. Redemption

6.1 To redeem the offer, eligible items must be purchased together in a single transaction during the Promotion Period. 
6.2 If an eligible item is returned or refunded, the jewellery discount may be revoked or adjusted to reflect the full retail price.
6.3 Refunds will be processed based on the discounted purchase price actually paid.

7. Promotional Discretion

7.1 The White Collection reserves the right to: 
a. Cancel, amend, or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice;
b. Refuse eligibility if fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activity is suspected.
7.2 All decisions made by The White Collection regarding eligibility or redemption are final and binding.

8. Liability

8.1 The White Collection is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered as a result of participating in or redeeming this Promotion.
8.2 The White Collection is not responsible for technical issues, payment errors, or platform outages that may affect the redemption or processing of the offer.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal information provided by customers will be handled in accordance with The White Collection s Privacy Policy.
9.2 By participating in this Promotion, you consent to your purchase information being used for the purposes of administering the offer and related marketing communications.

10. General

10.1 This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10.2 The Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by any third-party brand or platform.
10.3 The White Collection reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
